Oversaw utility, storage, equipment related operations, ensured troubleshooting, plant startup and shutdown, maintained quality parameters, reported near miss, unsafe acts and conditions with plant premises. Assured production quality and safety while meeting QMS and EMS standards (The Plant is certified by ISO 9001:2015 based on QMS and ISO 14001:2015 based on EMS). Actively participated in meetings with management to discuss any potential risks or concerns for timely remedial actions, full command on routine lab analysis, including U.V and moisture of products.
Rendered a keen eye for details to manage daily documentation of plant (chemical receptions, lab reports, production reports), Accustomed with LOTO (lock out tag out) procedures for initiating maintenance jobs.

125,000 liters per day of dehydrated ethanol 99.9% (Anhydrous).
The plant is controlled by DCS system YOKOGAWA & designed by Maguin Interis France.
78 & 40 m3 per day Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant.
